Booking
A slot is yours once payment is confirmed. You get a booking reference and a QR code; bring it, because that is what gets you in. Prices shown include GST.
Cancelling, and not turning up
Cancellation terms are shown on the booking screen before you pay, and those are the ones that apply. If you do not turn up, the slot is not refunded, and it goes back on sale so someone else can use it.
Passes
A pass buys a set number of sessions at one facility, valid for a set number of days. You still book a slot for each visit, because the court has to be reserved. Sessions left over when the pass expires are not refunded, and a session spent on a no-show is used up. Unused passes can be extended by staff if something reasonable happened; ask.
On site
Play at your own risk and use the right footwear for the surface. Staff can end a session for unsafe or abusive behaviour without a refund. Look after your own belongings.
When we have to cancel
Weather, power or maintenance can close a facility. If we cancel your booking you get a full refund or another slot, whichever you prefer.
