Who we are

Boundary360 is a multi-sport facility in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, operated by The Dugout Arena LLP. If you want anything on this page actioned, write to hello@boundary360.in.

What we collect

Only what a booking needs, and only when you give it to us.

  • Your name, phone number and email, when you book or join the waitlist.
  • Your bookings: which court, which hour, what you paid.
  • Payment records. Card and UPI details go to Razorpay and never reach our servers; we keep their transaction reference and the amount.
  • A profile photo and date of birth, only if you add them.
  • GST details, only if you ask for a business invoice.
  • If you are staff: attendance times, location at check-in, and a check-in photo.
  • If you apply for a job: what you put in the form, and your CV if you attach one.
  • If you enquire about a franchise: what you put in the form, which reaches us by email and is not stored anywhere else.

Who else sees it

Six processors, each doing one job:

  • Supabase stores the database and files.
  • Razorpay takes payments.
  • Resend sends confirmation emails and invoices.
  • Meta delivers the messages we send you on WhatsApp.
  • TextGuru sends SMS where we use it.
  • Google holds job applications and CVs, in our hiring Sheet and Drive. Nothing else goes there.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Tax invoices and the records behind them are kept for six years, because GST law requires it. Everything else we delete when you ask.

Getting your data deleted

Write to hello@boundary360.in from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you booked with. Ask for your data to be deleted and we will do it within 30 days, and confirm when it is done. Ask for a copy first if you want one — that is a separate request and you can make both.

Deleting removes your account, your name, email and phone number, your booking history, anything you posted in the community, and your saved notification choices. It also stops every message we send you.

Two things survive it. Tax invoices and the payment records behind them are kept for six years because GST law requires it — they stay in the accounts, not in an account you can log into. And a record that a phone number asked not to be messaged is kept deliberately, because the alternative is messaging you again later having forgotten you asked us not to.

WhatsApp

We send booking messages on WhatsApp — the confirmation with your entry QR code, reminders before your session, and notices about a cancellation, a refund or a balance owing. To do that we give your phone number and the details in the message to Meta, who run WhatsApp and deliver it. We do not send offers or promotions on WhatsApp unless you have separately agreed to them.

Reply STOP to any of them and we stop sending on WhatsApp, straight away and for good, until you tell us otherwise.

Your email keeps coming, on purpose. The booking confirmation carries the QR code you show at the gate, so if WhatsApp were the only way you received it, replying STOP could leave you unable to get into a session you had paid for.

Our WhatsApp community group is a separate thing. Joining it shares your number with everyone else in the group, under WhatsApp's own terms rather than ours. Leave the group and that stops.
