Manager
Run the venue day to day: the team, the desk, the bookings and every customer who walks in.
You will run Boundary360 on the ground: a floodlit turf, six cricket nets, a swimming pool and pickleball courts, booked online and at the desk.
What you will do
- Open and close the venue, and make sure every session starts on time
- Lead the front desk, ground and cleaning team, and plan the rota
- Handle bookings, changes and walk-ins on our booking system and manager app
- Cash up at the end of the day, and keep the venue safe and in good repair
- Look after customers: sort problems on the spot and keep regulars coming back
You are a good fit if
- You have managed a sports facility, gym, club, restaurant or store before
- You are calm under pressure and good with people
- You are comfortable with a smartphone and simple software
- You can work evenings and weekends, when the venue is busiest
